Why we exist
Everyone is adopting AI, and few teams actually use it. Pilots launch with a great demo and fade within a month: tools nobody was shown how to use, answers nobody trusts, features bolted on instead of built into the work.
At the same time, teams still do by hand what AI could do in seconds: copying enquiries into spreadsheets, sorting requests, chasing approvals. The automations bolted on to help are black boxes nobody can explain when they break.
