Short version: we use only what's needed to run the site, unless you choose otherwise. The one advertising tool we use, Meta's pixel, loads only if you allow marketing cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is similar, but stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers. Third-party scripts are code from another company that runs on our page.
What we use
This table is generated from the same list the site uses to decide what may load, so it's always current.

Necessary items make the site work: remembering your cookie choice and theme, and protecting the contact form from bots. They don't need your consent.
Analytics, marketing and embedded content load only if you allow them. Our only marketing tool is the Meta Pixel, which tells us when visits come from our posts or ads on Facebook and Instagram. It sets the _fbp cookie on our domain, and Meta may use its own cookies on facebook.com. If you withdraw consent, we stop it and delete _fbp. Embedded content (such as a booking calendar) loads only after you choose to enable it.

Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary ones, parts of the site, such as remembering your theme or cookie choice, won't work.

When we add or remove anything here, the table updates automatically, and we update the version and date at the top of this page.
