Tender Response Engine

Turns a hundred-page tender into a requirements checklist and a first-draft response, built only from your own approved documents.

The problem

A serious bid means reading a long tender, pulling out every compliance requirement, assembling technical and commercial sections, attaching the right certificates and formatting it all to the issuer's template. In a firm without a bids team, that lands on a manager who already has a full-time job. Winnable bids go in incomplete, go in late, or don't go in at all.

How it works

Upload the tender. The engine reads it and builds a requirements matrix: every mandatory item, deadline, format rule and evaluation criterion, each with a citation back to the page it came from, so nothing has to be taken on trust.

Then it searches your library of past submissions, company profiles, certificates, staff CVs and project references, and drafts each section from material you've already approved. Where there's no source, it flags the gap for a person to fill instead of writing something plausible.

Why the gaps matter

An invented certification in a government bid is a serious problem, not a typo. So the engine is built to say "I have no source for this" rather than guess. That refusal is the most important feature it has.
